Scrum Master Training

This training consists of two days of knowledge and practical exercises which equip participants with the perfect foundations for working in Scrum. Those who complete this workshop will be ready to implement Scrum framework in their organization and grow self-organizing teams. There will also be plenty of space to discuss the real problems that participants had encountered in their teams.

We believe that there is no better way to learn Scrum than practice. That is why we will put a lot of emphasis on simulation games, exercises and practical cases.
